Bought an item of clothing on their website. Displayed at a discounted price but charged full price. After two weeks have finally had a response from them saying that the offer had expired, despite it still being advertised wrongly on their website. Will be taking this up with trading standards as their view is that it is 'my fault'. Very, very poor.
Yodel slipped a delivery note through our door on 9th Feb (Parcel 220800862922 Tour Number CD26) without even taking the courtesy to ring the doorebell. Had they done so, they would have received an answer as we were home.
We arranged redelivery through the website - no delivery attempt was made for the arranged day.
We arranged a second redelivery by their automated call system, again no redelivery attempt was made.
Finally we had to drive to the depot to pick up the parcel.
The parcel had scribbles on suggesting redelivery had been made on the re-arranged dates, but as no delivery note was left on either of these two occasions, we suggest that redelivery attempts were forged.
This isn't the first problem we've had with Yodel. Before Christmas we had a glass lamp destroyed because it was delivered over a 10 foot high gate to the side of our house. Again, a delivery note was left and again, we don't believe the doorbell was rung as the house was occupied on this occasion too...we heard the glass smash but missed the delivery driver.
I buy a lot of products online but will stop buying from companies that use Yodel as their delivery agent in the future - their lack of delivery service is a shocking affront to their industry,
