Ordered flowers well in time for Valentine's day then got an e-mail at 10:15pm on the 13th feb to say the courier can't find the address? This being the very same address where Sereneta have delivered before? Was offered a 20% off voucher for guaranteed Valentine's day delivery. Surprise, surprise, the flowers i ordered had doubled in price!! Phoned the customer services line. Operator very unhelpful and said that they had loads of these incidents and nothing could be done apart from a full refund! Wow , generous or what? Similar messages posted on Social media websites were somehow 'deleted' sorry Tippexed out mysteriously!
I for one will never use them again.... Goodbye Sereneta, go and ruin someone else's day!
