Wrong order sent out
I only ordered the shampoo I needed from this company because it worked out cheaper if I ordered 3 large size bottles and qualified for free postage and there are only 2 sites that stock it. I had to take time off work to receive the order and when it arrived it contained 3 small bottles of shampoo. I called them straight away and let them know of the error but didn't get an apology
I arranged with them to have the incorrect order collected when the correct one was delivered the following day but they arranged to have the parcel collected the same day without warning so it was pure chance I was back from work.
The correct order did arrive the next day but had to be left outside all day as I couldn't get the time off work again and needed the shampoo asap.
I won't be ordering from them again as the time I had to take off work ended up costing more than the postage from the other site!

Great pet shop and loads of choice
The collars and leads arrived very quickly, there was a great choice and they were cheaper than I found them anywhere else. Everyone loves them and they fit the dogs well and look really good

I'm pleased to hear that the mistake was quickly rectified and you received the correct items the next day.
Just so you are aware, you can specify delivery instructions for our couriers such as 'please leave with a neighbour' or 'leave in porch if not home' on the checkout page of our website - this way you don't need to be at home when your parcel is delivered.
