AudioVisual Online
Top class service. If only online shopping was always this easy.
Can't speak for the product (it was a Christmas present for someone else) but I can say that the service provided by AudioVisual was 1st class. The price was as low as I could find online and the goods dispatched the next working day. Delivery was by DPD, fully trackable and very prompt (a far superior and more reliable service than that provided by the couriers other larger online retailers tend to use). We were even given a one hour slot during which delivery would be made and, yes, it arrived just as promised.
Overall, I was most impressed. My faith in online shopping restored after bad experiences with some of the larger retailers. First time I'd purchased from AudioVisual, but would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Excellent.
Green & Easy
A great product at a great price and with great customer service.
Knew what I wanted - searched internet for best deal and Green & Easy easily appeared to be the best. In my experience, cheapest price often comes with poor service (slow delivery and unanswered calls/e-mails) but this was certainly not the case this time. A large item (garden building), ordered on a Sunday evening, phone call on the Monday to say when to expect delivery and, as promised, received on the Wednesday.
I'd gone off on-line retailing over recent months (many retailers use a certain very poor courier company) but this experience demonstrates that it can be done properly by some. Well done Green & Easy.

Great prices and great service.
Have used Garden4Less on several occassions. Always amongst the lowest prices and, from experience, I know that I'll receive the goods promptly and in great condition. Service has never been less than excellent.
