I have decided to repost my first two posts (both below) dated 4th March and then 18th March in the hope to actually hear something from Infurn.
I am now e-mailing them on a daily basis to chase my refund but I've still not heard anything, if i'm lucky I get an automated response saying they have received my e-mail and someone will contact me, these e-mails originally said contact would be with in two days, now they say "soon"..........I wonder how long that means?
Please can I have my money back Infurn?? You have failed to meet my expectations and have had money money since November 2011. How this company is still allowed to trade????
Wish I had never purchased from this joke of a company, 6 week delivery period passed 10 weeks ago, emails get ignored and phone calls always go to a recorded message. Groupon are no help either they have told me to expect a response from Infurn within 10 days, i'm still waiting for a response to my email I sent in January so if I hear something within 10 days I will amazed. I certainly won't be using this company ever again even with my £40 discount voucher. Use this dodgy company at your own risk!!
It is now 18th March and my order (au-83612) is still nowhere to be seen. I was advised my beanbag was with DHL for delivery however the tracking number did not exist, I then to my surprise received and email from Infurn saying my delivery was with a company called master logistics and they were withholding the delivery, hmmmm passing the blame I think! I then phoned master logistics who guessed I was phoning about a beanbag as they had 17000 to deliver, they were very helpful and told me that all 17000 would be delivered by 16th March but if I didn't receive one it was because they hadn't received my order.
Well guess what...........I guess they never received my order.........
This was originally a Christmas present, then a Birthday present for next week, looks like I will have to buy something else yet again.
After 19 weeks of waiting I have finally given up and will now be requesting a refund, hopefully Infurn will have the decency to reply and confirm that my postage costs will be refunded ASAP, or maybe it's a 19 week for that as well!
Good luck to anyone else unlucky enough to have ordered from this company, how they are allowed to trade is beyond belief
