Ok, the prices are very good and the shipping is good too.
But seriously i prefer to pay 40€- more to another shop and have a descent customer service..
Customer service TOTALLY SUCKS.. period.
At my first order, i was contacted by email, in order to discuss about discounts, etc..
I said, oh thats nice, lets talk about discounts (who doesnt like discounts?).
It took me over one month and a half just to complete the order, and u know why? Cause they replied once every one week and a half.. (4-5 emails procedure, do your maths)
Ok the products arrived finally and they were fine and awesome so it didnt bother me that much..
But now i placed an other order by mistake. The mistake was that i pressed enter at the checkout form, and it confirmed the order with cash on delivery, while i was there just to test a cupon code they gave me. I didnt want to buy that product.
I INSTA-sent them an email asking for the cancellation of the order.. Guess what.. NO ANSWER.
Two days later i get an email saying that it was shipped and it had the tracking number too.. Again I INSTA-sent another email to them telling them NOT to send the product because its a false order.. Guess what.. NO ANSWER.. Today the product arrived and i just didnt take it.. But guess what.. The discount Coupon is now considered used..
This is a very very ''nice'' and responsible company right there.. Im not racist at all but whenever i shop from them i get angry with germans. go figure.
