I hate you HDNL and Yodel!
Wasted 3 days of my life waiting for a delivery you sent to wrong depot and just left it there as you couldn't get hold of anyone at that depot even though I rang 3 times. Well good luck to river island retrieving it as I've got a refund as I refuse to wait because yodel are run so poorly.

Perfect... But they deliver using YODEL :(
Downloaded the iPad app, easy to use, love it! Ordered 4 times, always arrived a few hours later than stated... And then once yodel sent it to the wrong depot and didn't know how to get it to the right one. The river island customer service were more than helpful and gave me a full refund. Wish I could buy from there again but Yodel are the worst delivery service around!
