Unfortunately, my experience of ordering online from Superdry was extremely poor. The item we ordered was received in poor condition and is clearly of inadequate quality. Unlike other companies from which we order online, Superdry does not include either a prepaid label for returns or a linked courier for returns. We made an error in using Royal Mail with proof of postage and, with the item having either been mislaid at Superdry or gone missing in the post, are now responsible for the major part of the loss. Although we made this error, I believe the company should accept responsibility because of the poor quality of the goods and its failure to provide without significant chasing by a customer a prepaid label or linked courier service for returns. The company is refusing to accept any responsibility.
