Payment Checking Issues need to be reviewed

Disappointed with customer care - maybe the tech team should add that you MUST add a land-line telephone number when using the 'checkout' service if you have used a 'free' email account and 'mobile' number. This would avoid credit card checks being refused by your internal system even though the credit card company has authorized payment and approved name, address and good credit rating! Have NEVER been asked to scan driving licence or personal document and upload to company - and as advised by credit card company I refused to do so. Definite short fall in communication by sales/web team in this matter. Situation could have been dealt with in a much better manner.

A lot of stress caused, hassle and then when sorted (by me) no apology or follow up by company, I had to ring back to check. Great shame as delivery was very fast and product was as expected. But would not use again until new 'checking out system' is updated.

Dear Customer, it looks like the problem was caused by lack of 3d secure which is another layer of protection for online buyers. Read more about this here
