We recently went on a holiday to Yllas in Finland with Inghams. Whilst the village and holiday were fantastic, Inghams added nothing to the holiday - in fact they made the experience a lot worse. There were a number of minor issues, but the major issue was finding out at 6pm on Saturday that we had to leave our cabin at 10am the next morning, in -25C temperatures. We had asked repeatedly for departure information, but had not been given it and, when we finally found out, there was no time to plan for the next day - everything was closed. In talking with the manager in Finland, she was extremely unprofessional and di nothing to help resolve the situation - luckily we could rent a room at the Akas for €45 whilst we waited for the bus to take us to the airport. Furthermore, when we filed a complaint to the Inghams customer service, we received a very poor response, without a proper apology or even a suggestion that they would try to improve their service.
I would throughly recommend Yllas, but you should book directly with the providers, e.g. Monarch for flights and Destination Lapland/Akas for accomodation unless Inghams is much cheaper - there service adds nothing to the experience.
