I am a caterer and I love shopping at Lidl, the fresh produce is very high quality. It is cheaper than the other supermarkets and the cash and carry. Their salads are fresh and they keep very well. The meat, dairy and fish is also very good. The stores are quieter than Tesco and Sainsbury because they do not bombard you with audio sales messages. The staff are all full-time and there are fewer of them so they get to know the customers. It is much quicker to get the things I need at Lidl than the local so-called superstores.
I had a very bad experience when I tried to upgrade to Talktalk's 'free broadband for life' service (it isn't) and they disconnected me instead of upgrading. I had to beg BT to sort it out as Talktalk were unable and unwilling to resolve their mistake. Recently one of Talktalk's salespeople knocked at my door pretending to be from the council, again offering a 'free' broadband service and trying to make it look like a community resource. Dishonest and misleading. Save yourself the aggravation!
