Several late deliveries have completely put me off using ocado again. I started using them a year ago and was extremely impressed with the service, staff and quality of goods. Unfortunately it all started going wrong with week after week of late deliveries, culminating in an order actually being cancelled altogether. I must admit ocado were good at refunding delivery charges, giving free bottles of wine as well as giving compensation but at the end of the day I just wanted my shopping to arrive in the allocated time slot. Such a shame as I really liked their food.
This was my first order from Woolovers and I was really pleased with the quality of the jumpers that I ordered. I also received a prompt and helpful response to an email that I sent following one item going out of stock following my order. The response fully explained what had happened and my order was upgraded to first class delivery without any cost to me and the order actually arrived well before their "expected" arrival date.
