Glasses Direct
very happy with purchase
site was really easy to use. my glasses were dispatched and arrived within a week. very happy with all aspects of my purchase and would definitely recommend, and use again myself.

poor communication
overall the weekend was good but the communication from Chillisauce on organising the event was very poor. some of the events that were booked got cancelled due to business closure and Chillisauce didn't let us know until a few days before we arrived so there was no time to book anything else.
would not use again.

A courier came and collected my DVDs and games in November - I am still awaiting payment. I have emailed them several times and have had a few replies apologising for the delay and assuring me that my cheque will be sent out in the post that day, it still has not arrived. The website states it will be received within two weeks.
As far as I can gather they have stolen my goods and have no intention of paying.
*UPDATE* I have rang Consumer Direct and advise everybody else to do the same - the number is 08454040506
