Bought some apparel from online store, and upon checking on the parcel for more than 10 times I really had it with the last update... '26/01/2013 09:11 Courier to Re-attempt ' - reattempt to what....deliver? My house is right next to the reception; where all parcels arrive. And unless you are telling me that my receptionist took off for the day; there is no way that you cannot deliver the parcel! Please...after all the bad reviews you lot are still not going to look for ways to improve your service??? - SHOCKING. Don't do what you don't wish upon yourself...THINK - how you feel if you are on the waiting end?!
I have bought from BOOHOO many times and never had a problem with the goods delivered and delivery time. Everything comes in good order so I am well pleased. However, I hope they will look into better delivery options as the choices available now is rather limited. For example, when a customer buys up to a certain amount, offer free delivery; take a cue from ASOS perhaps? Also we are asked to write reviews on the items we bought, which is fine but give us an incentive for doing it (as promised. We are prompted to write review for a draw for a voucher, which never seem to happen).
Great fashion, great workmanship, great customer service, great delivery options (depending on how long you care to wait, if you don't mind waiting, delivery is free!), great offers (when they go on sale, its a REAL sale!), great site orientation (easy to navigate around and you can save your favourite things on a list and keep watch on them till you are ready to pick them up. If they go on sale, you can see it on your list, so BONUS!)...ABSOLUTELY my favourite site to go to for fashion. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't ever ever EVER change! Love you guys! xxx
I am not hard to please, when I get what I ask for I am usually fine. I ordered 2 iphones from Tmobile, and TWICE they mess the orders up. For the first order, they sent me a wrong Sim. And the customer service girl on the helpline told me the fastest way was to get to a nearest tmobile store and pick up replacement Sim at £10! To this customer service girl - seriously you need re-training! Why would I pay again for something that they should have sent correctly in the first place. Oh, one more thing, no apology whatsoever! 2nd Order, my phone was switched with another customer and only found out when I log on the site to check my account online, that I received the wrong Sim - YES, again! and I had to wait another couple more days for the Sim to arrive. One improvement was the 2nd time round, the Customer service (male) was more empathetic and able to offer satisfactory solution. I wish tmobile look into their delivery department. There is no excuse for mucking orders up, especially to the same customer twice and I bet I am not the only one who had this experience! If your staff is not taking their job seriously, its time to get new ones because they are destroying your reputation.
I have used Mazuma couple of times to get rid of old and non-working mobile phones and I am very pleased with the quality of service time over time. From beginning of transaction, where you request for a free post pack, to receiving the pack, posting the phone to them and finally receiving payment - you feel secure because they keep you informed every step of the way. This level of service is rare in UK and I applaude you. I don't care how competitive other companies may offer for my old mobiles, for prompt and fuss free transaction, its Mazuma for me. Keep up the good work!
