Nice product, meh support

I really like the products and have bought them more than once. I am stuck now with a shower that I cannot buy parts for, and no one can tell me if or when a shower cartridge might come available. I am told to watch a video if I have any questions, and reassured that all the answers to every problem I could ever have is on a video, even though I am pretty sure if my correspondence was read, they would not be so quick to try to reassure me thusly. Meh.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you maybe experiencing a problem with an item in your order. The video online is only a calibration video to show you how to set the temperature.
