I experienced a couple of problems with the checkout process. It wasn't particularly user friendly and I had to hunt around for the shopping basket. There seems to be no link to get back to it once you have added an item.
I clicked through from an email offering a discount but it was very confusing as to how this would be applied and it appeared that the discount hadn't been applied until the last moment. Therefore the whole process took too long.
Another problem that I encountered was a caching issue part way through and I couldn't seem to clear thebasket. I had to logout, and then start again.
