ive ordered from peacocks for several years and was happy with the products till this year! i have always ordered the cosy pj's to layer up for winter and usually the fleece was very thick and cosy but this years ones are really thin and badly designed, the stitching was coming away on the legs. i tried to leave a review on there website but as they monitor the comments before posting it was not put on there site. they have lost my custom in future even if the pj's were £10. tut tut peacocks!
i have always looked on this site for deals etc and have good sales etc, so recently i ordered some girls boots for my granddaughter. you have to wait for the sale to finish before you get your order, if you e mail them regarding the order the take ages to reply plus they haven't a clue on how to find your order details even if you have informed them. then when the boots finally arrived the boots which where supposed to be a size five where very under sized and more like a size 3, even if they were international sizes. then i contacted them regarding this matter because they state on there website that you have to pay £3.95 to return them, so i e mailed the customer service to ask if i would get refund on the boots plus the return cost as the boots where clearly under sized. they could not be bothered even answering my mail or advise what to do. i will never use there site again and wont recommend them to anyone.
Everything Five pound says it all! love this site for shoes and other items, you always get up to date e mails with the bargains and the postage delivery costs are responsible for the items you order, i would recommend this site to any one and they also items for larger ladies. keep the bargains coming.
If you have a large family to feed they offer a range of frozen & fresh goods all in one shop at reasonable prices to stock up your freezer, also some store offer free delivery if you spend £25. They could do with more staff in some stores as the Q'S have you waiting sometimes over 20 mins to get served.
i ordered a xmas present for my son on the 13th of december 2011 and the item never arrived, after e mailing them over 20 times, with no replys via e mail or facebook i threated them with trading standards and finally got a email back, with a form to fill in regarding a refund, eight weeks later i finally received my money back. i wasen't the only one who lost out on items over the xmas period and i wont use the site again.
