I ordered 3 different packs of t-shirts from the hut. After a few days they had despatched 1 pack of shirts. Over a week later they emailed to say the other shirts were out of stock and the order was now cancelled despite the same items still being listed as in stock on their website.
When i received the despatched item it was wrong. Supposed to be a pack of 2 shirts in black and red but i ended up with 1 orange shirt. I sent the item back and had to wait a month for refund. When i contacted them they said they were going to replace the item but was out of stock (what a surprise!) even though i 'd already told them i wanted a refund NOT a replacement. What is the point of them telling you to include a returns letter with your refund request when they don't even bother to read it?
Don't bother wasting your time with this bunch of muppets!
