Still waiting.......

Follow up to earlier complaints

Dear Sonia
Still nothing from the delivery company so please reconfirm when my 2 x bean bags should be delivered or send me their details so I can contact them.
The 5th March has come and gone and I'm still none the wiser as to when these bags will appear. Please only give me correct factual information.

8th March - additional comments:
Well one of my beanbags arrived yesterday and luckily someone was in the house to sign for it since we had no call from the courier company to tell us it was on the way.......But now the question is where is my other one? Will I have to wait another 4 months? Don't understand why they couldn't deliver the two together. Sonia please contact me to explain when the other one will arrive.........

Lack of communication, lack of delivery, lack of customer service

I must say I was delighted to find this site and see that many others are in the same boat as me ie ordered product months ago (early Nov) and absolutely no communication from company on when we can expect delivery.

I have been regularly checking the 'my account' information and being trying to get through on the phone for months so today I finally sent an email. But I do feel that emails are much easier to ignore than ringing phones. I will wait to see what happens but from reading others experiences it sounds like I'm in for the long haul.

It's a shame since some of the company's products look very interesting and I was tempted to buy one of their amazing sofas but luckily decided to see how the 'fatboys' turned out.

I'm hoping they will get delivered while we are still young enough to enjoy........but I'll have to continue to wait and see.....
