This complaint is about Electro Centre Ltd not Samsung
Ordered Samsung washing machine which they said they had in stock by phone on Tuesday, at point of sale they agreed delivery would be the following Friday, they took full payment, great I thought, in 3 days I would have a machine to replace the one that had just stopped working.
No contact on Friday so I called Saturday to be transferred to deliveries and be told there was never any prospect of them delivering on the Friday - they had no idea why sales had told me this!
They suggest delivering the following Wednesday, I informed them this was not possible as I would be away for the whole week, we agreed delivery would be made the Wednesday following my return.
Despite being given clear details and our having gone over this several times they tried to deliver while I was away!
I called them on my return, they apologised but they were no longer able to deliver on the second date we had agreed and it would now have to be the following week, 3 weeks after original payment and order.
By this time, having lost all confidence in them, I just wanted my money back.
They dont do paperwork so there are no records!
They promised to return my money in no more than 3 weeks! less a £15 administration charge!!, - unbelievable - buyers beware - bunch of jokers
