They could not deliver the wood I ordered and they gave me no alternative solutions like delivering in 2 halves, I recommended delivering on 7.5 tonne truck as I know this can actually go completely on the drive but they also refused to do this leaving me with no choice but to cancel the order. They then charged me £35 as I cancelled the order. So no wood and £35 worse off not a great transaction to say the least, I am now taking this company to the small claims court to recover the £35. Sad that their customer service skills are so poor they would prefer to waste their own time, my time and the Courts money than to do the right thing and actually service the customer. A shame as I still need the wood but will buy from somewhere a lot more credible


A little slow but it arrived

I ordered a hard back book last week on Amazon, it was a little bit slow to arrive but the packaging it came in was great, no fuss and it was a very simple and easy transaction. Wish all websites were this easy to deal with....Just need to work on that delivery for that extra star Amazon


Im glad I took the gamble

Wow, I read some really bad reviews on here and to tell you the truth I didn't really see the point in taking a risk buying from them with the negative things that have been written. However they were selling the Nokia 100 on O2 cheaper than anyone else I could fine and at £14.99 including £10 top up, I though I couldn't really lose that much...well I could lose £14.99 I guess. Anyway to cut a long story short I had nothing to worry about turned up today Via Royal Mail. Top up already applied to the Sim which is great considering I bought something like this before and forgot to register for the top up so did myself out of a tenner. Not the case here though. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday. I can't ask for more.
