BOUGHT 2 SETS OF CURTAINS AND PELMETS FOR BEDROOM,BUT DID NOT USE UNTIL 5 MONTHS LATER ONLY TO FIND ONE OF CURTAINS RUFFLETTE TAPE ON TOP CAME AWAY AS I HUNG THEM,CONTACTED THEM,THEY SAID TO SEND BACK ONE SET FOR REPAIR WHICH I DID,BUT THEY RETURNED THEM SAYING DONT DO REPAIRS,BUT SAID THEY COULD REFUND ONE SET BUT NOT OTHER AS DONT HAVE STOCK,BUT I SAID I BOUGHT 2 MATCHING SETS TO GO TOGETHER HAVING 2 WINDOWS IN BEDROOM,TOLD THEM I CAN GET REPAIRED FOR £20 AT THEIR EXPENSE BUT THEIR NOT LISTENING.ENDED UP PAYING FOR REPAIR MYSELF,AS WHEN I RANG ALL I GOT WAS BAD ENGLISH SPEAKING FOREIGN PERSON AT MY COST.WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.RUBBISH SERVICE.
I HAVE ALSO BOUGHT FOR MY WIFE SOME ITEMS TOTALLING £44.50 ON JANUARY 30,2012.STILL NOT RECEIVED,KEPT ON EMAILING TO BE TOLD SORRY BUT ORDER ON ITS WAY AS VERY BUSY,TRIED PHONING BUT PHONE NUMBER NON EXISTANT,INFORMED BANK WHO SAYS 30 DAY WAITING PERIOD AS BY THIS TIME THEIR AWAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY.SHOULD BE STRUNG UP AND LET PUBLIC DEAL WITH THEM.
