Ordered Foska "marmite" cycling top. Chose cyclestore as they offered a free drinks bottle. Found ad misleading. All designs of bottle were shown, so naturally assumed I would get matching bottle. BIG MISTAKE. Bottle delivered was Union Jack design.
Cannot fault speed of delivery. May not use again though due to this disappointment.
ISME - You offer a wide selection of products, without the usual over inflated prices, that you often get from home shopping catalogues. ( I mean the grossly inflated ones).
Your website, does let you down at times - very often it runs slow, or not at all..
When I have called you, you have answered reasonably quickly, and in the main, any issue is dealt with promptly.
I would be happy to recommend you, based on my recent experiences with you.
Ordered via groupon early end October - beginning of November 2011.
I wanted the lime bean bag.
2 weeks after order - found out that bag would be delayed, therefore phoned up to change delivery address, as I would have moved house by delivery date.
I have also emailed 4 times to double check bag will be delivered to my new address ( which is registered account address).
Infurn do not reply to emails which is so poor it beggars belief.
Tracking info against my order now states delivered - haha not to me it hasn't been!!!
did it get sen to old address??/ who knows?? Cannot through on phone and emails ignored.
Please refund my £39 + 12.95 postage ,and let me deal with a company that deserves my custom!!
