I ordered flowers for a close family member who was having an operation overseas. I requested that the flowers be delivered on the 31st, the day she was due to arrive at the hospital and have the operation. The flowers I ordered were not received although 4 other bouquets were delivered for her by other companies.
Despite my relatives best efforts to sort it out with the company the flowers were not delivered. FLORAQUEEN made some comment about not having a room number - even though my instructions were to deliver the flowers to the hospital reception. A week later, no flowers had been received. My relative is now back home and we have both had a message from FLORAQUEEN asking for feedback on their service which is incredible considering the flowers have not been delivered!!
I am very upset that my relative did not receive the flowers on that day as it was my way of letting her know I was thinking of her despite not being able to be with her. If you care about getting the goods and service for which you have paid then don't use this company.
Having had a catalogue of disasters from this company I thought it only fair to actually post about a positive experience.
I placed the order, received notification the following day that it was on its way and it arrived a couple of days later. Couldn't fault them on this one. Just how is should be - great item for a great price and great service. :-)
