Absolutely splendid service in every way.

Perfect – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.


Big name but non-existent customer services

1 non-functional tracking no, 4 unanswered emails, 3 unanswered telephone calls has been the response to a £200 order after it was supposedly posted from Germany 9 days previously.
DON'T give these amateurs your business - you would regret it.



The flowers arrived by Courier first thing in the morning which was a first as just about all the other Florists we have used left delivery so late I thought they had forgotten e.g 4-6 PM!

The flowers were beautifully fresh and looked exactly like the picture - another first.

Be nice if they had a larger range of sizes.

PS I have just read the other reviews about terrible communications and delivery problems. Had I read them before ordering I would not have used them. Customer relations are the thing I most value when internet shopping. However, in my case I had no cause to contact them.



I ordered a game for my grandson. Five days ago I was told it had been despatched but no tracking code. 3 emails unanswered. Tried to phone but after 30 mins at 10p/min nobody answered.

This outfit took over 'Gameplay' based in Leeds. You got your games the next day and the guy that ran it ran a Ferrari and good luck to him as he deserved it.


Edit :- Over the course of the following weeks I received a refund followed by emails that did not seem to realise that I had been refunded. This company is obviously run by badly programmed Cyber-Bots not real people. I suspect there is only one person + backer running this outfit! Hopefully, they will shortly go broke.


Avoid Golfgps at any cost!

I ordered a GPS unit. The site said 10-14 days delivery. When I ordered on site the delivery went to 16 working days. When they took my money the delivery moved to 18 working days. Now the delivery has gone to 19 working days (hoha) and I have bought one elsewhere and demanded a refund. Since demanding the refund I have, of course, heard nothing so I shall be on to my credit card people in the morning. This is sales fraud.

I could (almost) cope with this if the company (1 person, I suspect despite the website waffle) realised the importance of communication. Communication is at the bottom of this 'firm's' priorities.

Avoid this site at all costs.

Possibly the GPS is stuck in customs after an Ebay deal!

Poor performance

They are not the company I dealt with 6 years ago. Their phone system often leaves you at an answer phone after promises that you will be put through to a 'trained operator'. They do not answer emails within the 2 hours period they have set themselves. Their order tracking is not tracking at all.
