I have had problems in the past but they have always been sorted very quickly,
I have also had many orders with no problems whatsoever.

I would use again but package was damaged
I placed my first order last week and happy with everything apart from the egg whites I ordered had leaked into the box. When I opened the box I noticed that one of the egg white containers seal was broken and this is why it had leaked.
I did not bother to report this as did not want to complain and I would use this company again as sometimes these things do happen and we are only human so no probs.
However, if I did experience this again then I would complain and probably not use bulkpowders again.
The eggwhites are good value and my order was with me the next day.
