I recently was with my family member when he got a cheese dipper (cheese sticks) that had mold on the bottom of them. After it taking 2 hours literally to get a manager. We were informed it wasnt mold on the dough. It was just that they had used a dirty pan and since he used to work there we could not have a remake or a refund. We escalated this up to the highest person possible calling corprate headquarters and got told its the stores choice on how to handle this because its a franchise store. We also spoke with the owner of the store itself and were told that orders of ex-employees and their families dont matter if they are messed up because we should have known better than to complain after all it went through a 450 degree over so it should be safe to eat.
I was recently witness to one of their drivers running a guy on a motorcycle off the road. The guy was in a small silver dodge car. When I called the store I spoke to a guy named brad. I was informed it was none of my business that the guy on the motorcycle may have had it coming. To me this is the wrong atitude for a pizza DELIVERY place to have.
I tried to cancel my order after the horrible customer service i recieved from AMY. I ordered a battery and I did not pay for shipping to recive it in a few days not 3-5 weeks. When i asked for a supervisor i was refused because as amy said she is the only person that works for the company. I asked then to cancel my order and again she refused. I dont have months to wait on a battery, now i am out the money and having to take the loss to order another one from a company that will actually get me a battery and speak with me over the phone. I will not be ordering the batteries from your company now.
