Article as described but early communication very sparse

I ordered online and paid but there was no confirmation of dispatch for 2 days. In spite of emailing and asking I had no response for a couple of days.
I was nervous because a previous experience had lead me to purchase something which I was told the day after was already sold !!!

Not very impressed with service

Item ordered on line out of stock. Website obviously not always up to date. substitute ordered and took a long time to arrive. Had to buy elsewhere where I did receive Next Day delivery/
