I am more than happy with the product range, prices and service that I receive from BeautyBay.com, but in my opinion companies are only as good as their last transaction with me. So, as I spend quite a bit of money each month on hair products, I always check out the market to seek out the best deals. BeautyBay.com regulalry come out top in all areas so I would recommend anyone to take a look at their site before the commit to a purchase with another company. To date I've not seen them beaten.
I'm new to the delights of using an iPad, and still discovering what I can do with it. I knew I could watch and download TV programmes but I was at a loss to understand how to watch downloaded programmes I was catching up on, on my TV. I Googled my query and JR Linton was the first company on the page. I telephoned and spoke to Jeremy who patiently, professionally and courteously explained how I could do it, and what needed to do it. The transaction was effected and he said he would talk to the despatch department about getting to me quickly as I was going on holiday. The items arrived about mid morning the next day, less than 24hours after my telephone call. Jeremy called me later to ask if all was OK. Great service and my problem is solved. I'd have no hesitation in recommending JR Linton.
I ordered two pairs of glasses, and when they arrived I was a little disappointed to find they were rather delicate and fragile and my initial concern was they would not stand up to everyday general use. My fears were founded when the screw in one of the arms fell out and the arm came away from the main frame. I contacted the company and was told to return them for replacement. This I did at a cost of £2.20 recorded delivery. After about ten days nothing had been sent back to me so i caled the company again only to be told they were out of stock, but repapcements would be sent soon. It is now a couple of months and I have heard nothing, not even a progress report or apologiy.
My advice is don't use this company, do as I do and go to a high street shop like Superdrug, the readers may be a little more expensive but they are infinitely better quality.
Feel Good Contact Lenses has an easy to navigate website where previous orders are retained so it is easy to re-order. Prices are competitive and delivery very quick.
Car parts are very expensive and if the car is 'of advancing years' it's difficult sometimes to justify the expense of brand new parts. Some years ago discovered Parts Gateway and I always try them first to see if they can point me in the direction of a used or salvaged part that will do the job. So far I have not any had problem. The website is easy to use, and you don't have to be that technically minded to find the part needed. Within about half an hour of submitting your request for a car part, several companies are emailing you with a price for the part, usually with a 3 or 6 months warrenty too. You save tens even hundreds of pounds and the part is delivered within a day or so. So everyone wins and its good for the environment to recycle parts.
