taking awhile to post items
everyone says they are really quick at posting out your order (usually within a day). i placed an order nearly a week ago and still have recieved no confirmation email to say its been posted. and according to the website what i had was instock.
i mean how long does it take to ship out 3 items. just glad i didnt pay for next day delivery. bit annoyed as they have taken my money

items never instock
i normally wouldnt give seapets such a low rating but ive had so much bother with them the past few times ive bought stuff off them. at the beginning of the year i bought some new lights for my fish tank, they were stated as 'instock' on the website so i went ahead and bought them. a few weeks later i still hadnt recieved my order so i emailed them. they responded saying they were not instock and would be arriving from the suppliers in the next 7-10 days.
on the 17th june i placed an order for 1 airpump and 2 18" bubble walls, both stating they were instock. i sent them an email the other day asking when i could expect my order to be posted as they are normally quite quick at posting things. i recieved a reply today stating my bubble walls i had ordered were not instock and they would be arriving from the supplier in the next 7-10 days.
now if i ever decide to buy off them again in the future (which i may have to) i will be emailing them and asking them if they have the item i want instock before i buy it
