Not so good for selling unless you are a business

Good for buying as long as you check prices. Not enough protection for indiduals trying to make a few quid by selling unwanted items.

Very poor service

Having been a BT employee for 25 years I was loyal but had issues when moving house that took forever to sort. Useles Indian call centres and a lot of staff who cannot sort out your problem and dont care. I have my service from SKY now.

Variable service

Variable service, not the phones but the company. Sme issues sorted out really quickly, some things can take months. I have a £10/month contract with mins, free texts and a good phone, which is well cheap. Broadband and webmail problems have taken a very long time to sort out in the past though. In short a good value product as well as you dont get faults.

I used these a couple of times. Still remember to shop around for prices but ebuyer often come out as the cheapest.

Useful if you want to reserve online but look around for cheaper prices from other online sources if you can wait for delivery.

SKY TV TALK and Broadband

Getting all 3 from SKY is saving money over BT etc but Broadband speed is a lot less than promised when signing up.

Lots of stuff at good prices

Lots of different products at good prices and free p&p if you but from Amazon. Check other sites to make sure price is good and if you buy from non-amazon sellers on amazon, remember the p&p you will pay.

Useful but..........

Godd for making online payments and getting some protection but not so good for receiving money when selling on Ebay. High fees and to much protection for buyers that can just strip money from individuals just trying to sell a few items on Ebay. No seller protection.
