I have tried to get through to my local store to speak to someone in a department,after three calls elsewere then, to find out why they are not picking up the phone,i was told the person is on her lunch!..we are in 2012 its not the corner shop! were are the other staff?? Same as when you go in store,never any staff to meet and greet and if you need help well your on your own or looking round the store for it.Staff training in customer care would help also,most of the staff to busy looking pretty..your a sales assistant not a model!! I have found it easier to buy the items i need direct from the traders recently rather than buy from Debenhams.I complained that proper sizing of items on-line was not on any items but they have rectified that thank the lord.We are in a recession......you will be joining the other big companies that have gone...get your act together!!!!!!!!!
