Tired flowers delivered a day late, no response to complaint

Received email at 23.45 saying flowers would be delivered that day! Came next day (late), leaves half eaten by bugs and generally poor quality and not even what I had ordered. Submitted online complaint but no response so not one aspect of order fulfillment of acceptable quality. Looks like I am in good company. Local florist next time so at least you can look them in the eye if goes wrong.
