ORDERED A 'DYSON HOT' FAN HEATER FROM THURGO AFTER A GOOGLE SEARCH REVEALED THEY WERE BY FAR THE CHEAPEST RETAILER FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM. WEBSITE WAS EASY TO USE, ORDERING VERY SIMPLE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT E-MAIL RECEIVED AND THEN A FEW DAYS LATER ANOTHER TO INFORM US THE ITEM WAS ON ITS WAY. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE HEATER ITSELF AND I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THURGO MY FIRST PORT OF CALL WHEN LOOKING FOR ELECTRICAL ITEMS SUCH AS THIS. ONE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Items usually arrive within a couple of days - the last item ordered only last week arrived the next day! Easy to use website. Would definitely recommend.
