Ordered on Sunday, Dispatched on Monday, Delivered on Wednesday.
Once again, Rock and Run had good deals on decent kit. Delivery by Royal Mail was inexpensive and trouble free.

First-time buyer. Would buy again from Castleberg Outdoors.
This was the first time I have bought anything from Castleberg Outdoors. I am happy to report that the item was delivered quickly by Royal Mail and was the correct size and colour. The price was competitive and there seemed to be enough alternatives in stock should I need to swap it. All correspondence was friendly and professional and suggested that they would be helpful if you had any queries.

Good product, but no dispatch notification.
The duvet is very good. But the company let itself down on communicating about it's delivery.
I ordered a duvet at five on a Friday afternoon.
Received an order confirmation email saying the product was in stock and would be dispatched in a day or two. After hearing nothing by Wednesday evening I sent an email to ask whether the order was on its way. Got home on Thursday to find the delivery had been made that day (left with a neighbour) and an email confirming dispatch and delivery to next door. So all was well in the end.
A shame that DAPW don't seem to have better automated notification of dispatch and delivery.
