I have spent more than 50 minutes on hold trying to get through to a representative. After being told the waiting time was approximately 10 minutes; of this, 37 minutes was supposedly as the 1st In Line.
There is no other way of contacting this company, there complaints system is not better.
Please do not waste you time and money trying to deal with this company
