INFURN.com

Still Waiting

Dealing with Infurn is like talking to a brick wall, although my account on the Infurn has been updated to say that my bean bag has been passed to DHL. No delivery reference and I even know that its not DHL that they are using. Other website have confirmed Fed Ex

E-mail recieved (below) from Groupon on 24th January promising delivery "on or no later than 24th February" from Infurn . 2 days and counting. I won't be holding my breath, and fully expect my delivery time to enter month 5, if at all.

4 E-mails and no response so far from Infurn

Also, in response to various excuses below about demand exceeding expectation. If this is the case then why did Infurn run the Groupon voucher the following day as well? And run the offer on multiple discount voucher sites? Its just very very very poor management of a business.

E-mail from Groupon regarding my purchase from Infurn is as follows:

"BigBoy Giant Beanbag With Choice Of 10 Colours for £39 from Infurn (64% Off)"

Update:
I have had to re-post this rating on Infurn as it had rather cheekily been edited, moved and posted in the Groupon rating!!! This is not fair as this is a genuine customer review and I feel incredulous that this has happened.

Update 07/03/12:
ITS ARRIVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It came yesterday (4 months and 2 days after ordering).
Packaged in a plastic bag, in a rather battered box, it looked like it had done its fair share of travelling! However the beanbag itself was undamaged. It was covered in little polystyrene balls and I was worried abut a leak, but I think this was just from how it was packed and wrapped. After a quick hoover, all the polystyrene balls were removed. There were some dirty scuff marks which have now been removed with a wet cloth.
I'm not sure I would expect to have to clean my good after delivery, but I did.
The product itself is well made. Good strong seams and material, which may/may not be waterproof. Plenty of filling, and the bag tself is comfy and warm to sit in. I didn't expect it to be warm, but it is rather pleasent. I am pleased with the product now I have it (and I've cleaned it) but over 4 months from order to delivery? I mean really? For a beanbag?

Lebara UK

Good Quality Connection

I recently used a Lebara SIM card to call Monaco for business. Impressed with the rates, but more importantly the quality of call connection. Good to know that I can phone abroad from my mobile and have good conversations without any issues.

Dominos

Good website but poor app

I am reviewing the 2 together because they should effectively be the same thing.

I spent an age trying to order on my iPhone app, because I thought this would be quicker. It wasn't and wouldn't let me complete and pay for my order. So I have to log onto the computer in the end which defeats the point of the app.

The website itself is actually quite good. I really liked the tracking of your order. Excellent touch!
