No chance of delivery mistake !
The moment I'd finished ordering the fridge freezer I had a phone call from them verifying all details, very efficient. As time went on I had several texts confirming delivery, in fact got quite bored with receiving them!! At 7 am on the morning of delivery I had a text & then a phone call confirming that days delivery giving me a time. Then the driver phoned me again to say exactly when he would be arriving, & he wasn't late. They certainly don't leave anything to chance. Overall I was impressed with the service & would use them again.
