Good service let down by slow despatch

I telephoned and spoke to a friendly and helpful member of staff who found the item I was looking for and said he would keep it for me on his desk while I placed an order online.
Despite me placing the order the same day, it was nine days before I received an email saying that the item had been despatched. All the other items I ordered, from 3 or 4 separate suppliers, had arrived within 4 days.
