Arthritis in hips

I had a diagnois of arthritis in both hips in 2003 and the GP advised taking Glucosamine Sulphate regularly after it was highly recommended in the Lancet Medical Journal. He felt it would be very beneficial for me and put me onto Helathspan. Ever since then I have been taking it and can honestly say I have only had an occasional twinge in my hip but nothing more than that. I can highly recommend Healthspan. Tablets are sent quickly and fit through the letter box nicely.
