We've used 247 curtains/blinds to furnish all our windows in our new home. They've got a great selection and it's really easy to order made-to-measure. Having had to order three times in total to get all our windows covered, two of these times we've had to wait longer than expected due to them not having the material in stock, however the last order we used the fast delivery option and received our blinds in two days. Generally, we've found they offer exceptional value for money, so even the delays didn't stop us going back... and now that it's all up it looks great and we haven't had any problems with the quality.
After comparing to many other sites, I ordered 'get well' flowers for a friend of mine just before Valentine's day, as I could still get the delivery date I wanted. On the day, Flower Station contacted me in the morning to let me know they didn't receive stock for the flowers I ordered, but offered to send a replacement order which landed up being of higher value. I do have to say that my friend only received the flowers just before the latest deliver time, but in this case it didn't really matter...
So my friend didn't get the flowers I originally ordered, but I can't fault the customer service in terms of getting in touch and offering a 'better' replacement when things didn't go according to plan.
