I would not recommend this company - I returned the product I purchased a month ago and despite sending 4 emails, none of which I have received an acknowledgement, providing proof of postage and a copy of the signed tracking information and 2 telephone calls I have still not received my refund. I was going to purchase an alternative product from them but after this experience there are other companies I can get the same product from that I have dealt with in the past and who's service is 100% better than I have had with Homcom.
Since posting this review Homcom have contacted me and apologised for the lack of service I experienced with them and I have now been refunded in full.
