Glasses Direct
Fantastic customer service, don't use untried prescription.
I've probably made a mistake by getting an eye test at Tesco and then sending the prescription to glasses direct. Unfortunately the glasses are useless, I don't know whether it's the new prescription or the glasses, although I suspect it's the prescription as I didn't rate the eye test. The service provided by Glasses Direct was fantastic, but next time I'd use a prescription I know was right for me by buying glasses locally and then using it for new glasses for Glasses Direct.

Helpful when I messed up my collection!
I made a mistake in the pick up address for an eBay parcel, something I only realised when I got home from work and Yodel had been to my home address instead of my Mum's, where the parcel was! Parcel2go were so helpful, even though it was my mistake they sorted it all out and rearranged collection for the next day without any hassle.
