Best service I have experienced

This is the best service I have experienced so far: I used to Lamy's fountain pen and would like to try a Faber-Castell, I wasn't sure about the nib size and therefore email Cult Pens. I sent out the email at about 5 p.m. and they replied me before 6 p.m.!
I placed my order on the next day and I received it the following day. The nib size is perfectly fit my preference.
