For what we paied out for the caravan, travel, food, drinks etc... we might as well have gone abroad for a week in the sun!! ohh well lesson learnt

Rubish customer services!!!
My son sliced his finger in our local sote, was told would get a letter from H/O this happened in Dec I contacted them my self only to be told nothing had been sent to H/O?!?! errrmmmm okay! said would look into still waiting....... asked for a call on Monday just gone 20th and guess what I'm still waiting........ yawn!!!! so much for Tesco looking after the customer ehh

ETA del was 15th Feb emailed and asked for a call as could not find a number - was called back the next day and was told of delays etc.. goods arrived today and they are fantastic!!!!! delivery could be better but at least the lady at the other end of the phone was very helpful (sorry cant remember her name)
