ridiculous fees

Fees to receive money are extrortionate. Customer service is next to impossible to speak to someone all automated.
nothing else to say. Avoid like the plague if possible

I use this site, as i have things to sell from clearouts etc. However over the past couple of years the fees have only gone one way. Final sale fees are ridiculous. Paypal fees to receive money are ridiculous.
Rules in favour of buyers are ridiculous. For example, recently sold my sons scooter, buyer said that part of it was missing (it was 100% all there) wanted me to give him part refund, i refused as he couldnt provide proof of damaged packaging from courier etc, and was quite rude. guess what ebay froze my paypal account and found in favour of buyer giving him full refund, leaving me with a scooter returned, with no missing bits!! what did they just magically reapear??? who knows my thoughts are the buyer just decided he didnt want it, so made that up to get either money off or refund. All a bit of a joke.
