Paid for a krups nespresso machine in December, for my wife's birthday present on 5th Jan. Told product was out of stock, but more would be arriving soon, so I parted with my money there and then. Over the next weeks, repeated calls to the store and customer service, but no information forthcoming about the product. Early Feb (!) I was told I was put through to London head office, who promised the store manager would get back to me, and they would 'get something done' very quickly. Still nothing. Now mid-February. How do they survive? Plenty of stock available from other retailers, so they have a solution if they wanted to use it. I need my wife's present, not a refund after all this time!
1: I placed an order for a dive computer and dive manager. 2: Tried to open an account to receive 'bubbles'. 3: No bubbles showing on my account, Customer services say this is 'because I paid by paypal'. Go figure? Oh, then 4: 'customer service' defend this by referring my to the help section/bubbles, where it says Step 1 : Create an account. NOTE: You can't do that until after step 2 when you have placed an order!!!
CS say they will credit bubbles when I place my next order. On second thoughts I don't think I'll be doing that - computer says no!
Still hope to receive my goods soon, though; fingers crossed...
