StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet

More stress not stree free.

I returned , called for my car, was told to go to car Park , my car will be on the back wall somewhere, found my car but there wasn't anyone there with my keys. I called the office back was told block must of gone for a pee. I said this isint exactly meet and great , was told well make a complaint then and then he hung up. The block did turn up a few mins later, I pointed out there a white paint on my seat ,he said oh perhaps it's was already there. I think it's from the white pen they use to write on the front window. My car was also very very dirty don't know where it had been kept while I was away.
So I will not be using Stressfree parking again.

Firstly I want to assure you we take all customer complaints very seriously as customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at Stress Free Parking.

I have spoken with the manager at our Heathrow Stress Free service and he offers his sincere apologies for any inconvenience you suffered whilst using our service. It is unacceptable that the chauffeur left your vehicle in the drop off zone when he knew you were on the way, we always aim to provide an efficient service whereby the vehicle is waiting for you when you exit the airport, the chauffeur helps you with your bags and then you are able to depart straight away.

The manager has advised me the chauffeur in question has been spoken to and this will certainly not be happening again in the future. In regards to the mark on your seat, unfortunately we do not inspect the interior of the vehicle, therefore the manager has no way of knowing for sure if the mark was pre-existing.

I assure you the chauffeurs pens are stored away to ensure this does not happen.

I have contacted you directly offering an apology and a discount on a future booking should you decide to do so.

I am also awaiting a refumd from this company was emailed on the 17/01/12
i emailed them back on the 20/01/12 but still nothing check there web site it still says its being fixedm think we all can say good bye to our money, unless
someone knows what we can do.
Has anyone had emails back from id like to hear from you.
