Avoid www.KingBattery.co.uk firstly because they are located in china and not the UK as you are led to believe. Secondly they sent me a faulty battery and when I emailed them they advised to leave it on charge for 24 hours even though it was not detected by the OS. I did gave them the benefit of the doubt and followed the advice. I then emailed them asking for a RMC number, I had an email asking to just return the battery and they would test and or replace. I sent this back to them tracked at great cost to myself. This has been delivered and signed for. I did at this point asked for a refund. Since then and two emails later all communication has stopped. Avoid Avoid Avoid what more can I say. This is laughable from their web site [sic] Perfect Customer Service:
