Unimpressed & Disappointed due to unprofessional communication

At the time of my purchase I did not receive confirmation that Hudson actually received my order, I was unable to confirm that I ordered the correct product and not one bit of communication letting me know that my merchandise was being shipped. Additionally, there were no specifications for the plumbing work on the website or in the package nor did the site do a good job informing me what the materials of the shower panel were made of. Had I known how cheaply made this product was, and how unprofessional they were communicating I would never have ordered anything from this company.
